INRCOG's Administrative Services department is responsible for the efficient daily operations of the agency. The Administrative Services staff provides budget guidance, accounting functions, and the distribution of meeting schedules and notices in addition to providing staff support for the various programs and projects offered by INRCOG.

The most current audit is available by request. Please call the INRCOG office at (319) 235-0311 or e-mail the Administrative Services Department to request a copy.

The Administrative Services staff also administers the Emergency Food and Shelter Program, is the depository for Contractor's Bonds and Certificates of Insurance in Black Hawk County, and issues City of Waterloo Contractor's Licenses.
